fromo — Photo Ready (“fromo”, “the app”) is an Android tool for preparing a document photo. This policy explains the information the app accesses, where it is processed, and the choices you have.
Summary
- fromo processes your photo on your device. It does not upload your photo, mask, project, or export to a fromo server.
- No account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cloud backup, or human review is used.
- fromo does not decide or guarantee whether an authority will accept a photo.

Permissions and storage
Camera. fromo asks for camera access only after you choose to take a new photo. You can use the Android system photo picker instead; fromo does not request broad access to your photo library.
Local project storage. The original photo, normalized copy, mask, previews, and exports stay in app-private storage. Android backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for this storage.
Saving and sharing. A file remains private to fromo until you choose Save to device or Share. Saving creates a copy in Pictures/fromo; your gallery app, backup provider, and device settings may then handle that copy under their own policies. Sharing sends the selected file to the Android app or service you choose, whose policy then applies.
Deletion
In My photos, you can delete a project. This deletes fromo’s original, mask, previews, and exports for that project. Copies you previously saved to your device remain in your gallery until you delete them there. Uninstalling fromo removes its app-private data.
Data we do not collect
fromo does not collect, sell, transmit, or retain your photos, biometric information, project contents, contacts, location, microphone audio, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. The release app does not request Internet access.
Children
fromo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact

권한과 저장
카메라. 새 사진 촬영을 선택한 뒤에만 카메라 권한을 요청합니다. Android 시스템 사진 선택기를 사용할 수 있으며, 전체 사진 라이브러리 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
로컬 프로젝트 저장소. 원본 사진, 정규화 사본, 마스크, 미리보기, 내보내기 파일은 앱 전용 저장소에 보관됩니다. 이 저장소는 Android 백업 및 기기 이전 백업에서 제외합니다.
저장과 공유. 기기에 저장 또는 공유를 선택하기 전까지 파일은 fromo 안에만 보관됩니다. 저장하면 Pictures/fromo에 사본이 만들어지며, 이후 갤러리 앱·백업 제공업체·기기 설정이 자체 방침에 따라 해당 사본을 처리할 수 있습니다. 공유하면 사용자가 고른 Android 앱 또는 서비스로 파일이 전달되며 해당 대상의 방침이 적용됩니다.
삭제
내 사진에서 프로젝트를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 해당 프로젝트의 원본, 마스크, 미리보기, 내보내기 파일이 fromo의 저장소에서 삭제됩니다. 이미 기기에 저장한 사본은 갤러리에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다. fromo를 삭제하면 앱 전용 데이터가 제거됩니다.
수집하지 않는 정보
fromo는 사진, 생체 정보, 프로젝트 내용, 연락처, 위치, 마이크 오디오, 광고 식별자, 사용 분석 정보를 수집·판매·전송·보관하지 않습니다. 출시 앱은 인터넷 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
아동
fromo는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
변경 및 문의
