By installing or using Heisei, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the app
Heisei provides camera, local photo-processing, export, and sharing features. You are responsible for having permission to capture, edit, export, or share any image and for complying with applicable law and the rules of any destination service.
Ownership
You retain your rights in photos you create. Heisei's software, fictional-camera designs, graphics, and branding remain the property of their respective owner. These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute the app or its assets except as permitted by law.
Availability
The app is provided as available. Camera behavior, output, sharing, and compatibility can vary by device, operating system, and third-party app. Features may change to improve safety, compatibility, or the product.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, or destination-service behavior arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
